Early Summer 2013
Summer is coming quickly in Rangeley! We're getting the Museum spruced up and ready to open later in June and the Museum board members and volunteers are very busy making plans for this year's events and projects at the Museum...trail building, auctions, festivals, concerts, logging parade, guest artists...and more! Stay tuned! Meanwhile, check out the amazing collection of photos we have on Facebook and please "like" us while you're there.

Founded in the late 1970s by local logger and chain saw sculptor, Rodney Richard, also known as The Mad Whittler, the Logging Museum has become an important part of Rangeley's local lore.

The Museum will be open Wednesday through Sunday, 11-5, June 19th to Labor Day. You may also find us open on Mondays and Tuesdays by chance. If the flag is out, stop by! We'll be glad to show you around.

After Labor Day the hours are Thursday through Sunday, 11-4. We welcome large groups! To schedule a special time for a group visit please call us to make arrangements! See you soon. Meanwhile, please "like" us on Facebook.
